Founded by Matt Darling, Humanetix was started off the back of tragic circumstances after the loss of Matt’s daughter, Jem, at just 18 months old.
A first-hand experience with the systemic burden faced by clinical staff initiated a learning journey for Matt where he noticed the inconsistencies of care being delivered to his daughter. He saw that clinical information was not being passed between carers which resulted in substandard care and patient understanding.
As an expert in technology working at the forefront of intelligent systems design, Matt identified a complex system in crisis with no real solution.
After extensive research, testing, patenting and exploration at the frontier of systems tech, we are certain that our products are unique and unmatched in quality, safety and potential. Humanetix is Jem’s legacy and is the reason why we exist today with a purpose to change the way care is being delivered globally.

2013 - 2016
Clinical Trials
A number of years is spent within Aged Care and clinical settings to define a platform that benefits today's workflow, legislative requirements and client needs.
Humanetix is the only Australian company awarded with a government grant to further invest in market leading product capability. The grant is solely focused on helping today's challenges around workforce shortages and delivering more robust care leading towards the Royal Commission.
ACE is launched following an extensive co-design period with a number of Aged Care operators. The platform is built by carers, for carers.
2020
Over 2000 beds secured
Humanetix continues to grow throughout Australia, winning partnerships with some of the biggest and brightest Aged Care providers.
2021
Growth with Aged Care providers
Humanetix continues to partner with new Aged Care providers and also receives a significant equity investment from a major funds management firm to continue to expand our offering.
Humanetix opens its new headquarters in Melbourne, launches a Home and Community product and continues to onboard new customers.
